Grounds are generally rocky and underwent the was-hing of the mineral elements and the clayey fraction. In addition to the exceptional sunshine of Languedoc, the very large thermal amplitudes of summer nights (up to 20 \u00b0 C), bound to the estrangement of the sea and the proximity of the Larzac with cool summer nights, favor a beneficial slow and progressive maturation of the grapes and the development of the aromatic expression of wines with a sensation of freshness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Add to that the Tramontane, all conditions are met for the good development of the vine and the elaboration of great wines.<br \/>The average altitude of the vines is 150 meters.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
